COLORADO, FLORIDA, and SOUTH CAROLINA- Private Pay Only:
We are private pay only in most states and are not paneled with any insurance companies.
Our private pay rate is reasonably priced for our credentials and level of expertise at $200 per hour.
Private pay has many advantages, including allowing you to see high-quality therapists with extensive training and expertise, as well as allowing for more privacy and choice, not adding a diagnosis to your medical record, and providing more choice for extended-length sessions and duration of therapy.
OREGON- Private Insurance or Private Pay:
For clients in Oregon, you have an option of Private Pay or Private Insurance.
With insurance, copays vary, but many people pay between $20 and $40 per session.
We do our best to accept a wide range of private insurance, and we acknowledge that we are unable to accept them all. Private pay is available and has many advantages that may be discussed if OON.

Superbill
For clients with out-of-network insurance, we can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill is a detailed invoice that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits. Many clients receive partial reimbursement, though coverage varies by plan.
Note: Superbills are not available for extended-length sessions or intensives
