Clinical Staff
Steven Miller, MS, LPC, NCC, ASDCS, CADC III (he/him) is a licensed professional counselor, certified alcohol and drug counselor, and certified autism specialist serving folks in Oregon.
CLINICAL INTERESTS
Steven believes meaningful change comes from understanding ourselves more deeply, especially the parts of us that feel difficult, unwanted, or overlooked. Steven is passionate about working with the adult neurodivergent population (ADHD, Autism, etc.), substance use, depression, anxiety, and trauma (cPTSD or single-event). His special interests in psychology and religion/spirituality have always steered him toward this profession. He is open about being neurodivergent and leverages that experience to help others.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
For over a decade, Steven has proudly served his community in the Rogue Valley. He has extensive clinical experience in working with the substance use population at intensive-outpatient co-occurring centers and has achieved a CADC III - showing his expertise in this area. Additionally, he is very familiar with 12-step work. He has also worked in community mental health for several years, treating a wide range of conditions. During this time, he discovered the population with whom he works best and began carving out a niche in this area.
